this is a veganised dish my mother used to make when i was a child (one of my faves). i think it´s lovely because it´s try of a 70´s mum to cook something asian.......
SCHARFES:
- red and green bell pepper
- seitan (better than tempeh)
- canned pineapples
- veggie-stock
- s&p
- sambal oelek (my mother takes only a lil bit ; ) )
- sherry
- vinegar
- dark soy sauce
- mondamin (sauce thickener)
serve it with rice.....COMFORT FOOD.
