tofu à la cassis with red wine simmered chestnuts over creamy savoy cabbage

MARINADE:

- red wine
- soysauce, s&p, rosemary, thyme
- black currant jam
- aceto balsamico
- mustard
- oliveoil

CHESTNUTS:

- cooked chestnuts
- redwine, tofu-marinade
- red onions
- s&p
- garlic

SAVOY CABBAGE:

- savoy cabbage
- veggie-stock
- nutmeg, s&p
- soycream

PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love your style to cook and photograph them! Wery personal touch in your knittings also, they makes me smile :) You have done lots of wery mouthwatering tofu-foods, I`m also kind of tofu-lover.. That pink colour is very great idea to use with food photographing.
And one secret about me: I like Barbababas also! Your knittings remembered me them, my favourite creature was that fluffy, black, smaller guy..Can`t remember what is it name?
