- dried shiitake (soaked in hot water;use the"s-broth"for the v-stock)

- vegetablestock
- mango-puree
- s&p, soy-sauce
- SOY-CHUNKS (soakes withsoys.and hot water)
serve the gulasch with fresh horseradish (mixed with soy-cream, s&p and lemonjuice) and noodles.
