FOR THE STEW:

- carrots,rutabaga,parsnip,celeriac
- red lentils
- soy-,mushroomsauce,s&p
- bayleaf,rosemary,majoram,thyme
- veggiestock
- nutritional yeast
- fresh parsley

COLCANNON:

- mashed potatoe (s&P,nutmeg,soycream)
- stir-fried leek ´n´cabbage
- kresse
- lemonjuice,-peel

mango"gulasch" with horseradish-cream

- red onion, garlic
- small carrot
- dried shiitake (soaked in hot water;use the"s-broth"for the v-stock)
- wacholderbeeren
- bay-leaf
- redwine and portwine
- tomatoepuree (just a little bit!)
- vegetablestock
- mango-puree
- s&p, soy-sauce
- SOY-CHUNKS (soakes withsoys.and hot water)


serve the gulasch with fresh horseradish (mixed with soy-cream, s&p and lemonjuice) and noodles.
