- sweetener, soysauce


SAUTÉ OF CARROTS AND TURNIPS:

- oil
- turnips, carrots
- veggiestock
- white wine
- s&p
- soycream
- fresh parsley

GREEN RICE:

- cooked rice
- onion
- garlic
- chopped celery
- fresh parsley

very nice and yummy combination....with a glass of whit wine.....

chopped salad with minty soyghurt

chopped:

- celery
- red bell pepper
- tomatoes
- radishes
- cucumber
- scallions
- fresh parsley, basil
- white balsamico, sugar, s&p, oliveoil
- minty soyghurt (s&p,lemon,scallion,mint)

this salad was sooooo good that i have to eat two LARGE bowls.....
