tempeh in blueberry-sauce with vanilla flavoured turnip-puree

for the tempeh (MARINADE):

- redwine
- soysauce,s&p,bayleaf,dried rosemary
- marplesyrup
- ginger
- garlic
- oliveoil

for the blueberry-sauce:

- redwine
- wacholderbeeren
- marplesyrup
- a little bit of the marinade
- s&p,lemonjuice

for the vanilla-turnip puree:

- turnip
- veggiestock
- s&p,lemonjuice
- vanilla essence
- soycream

next time i´ll serve it with ORANGE-GLAZED TOFU.
